When you access our website, technical access data is processed to deliver the website and maintain its functionality and security. This includes your IP address or hostname, the date and time of access, requested pages or files, the referring website where transmitted, browser information, the access status and the volume of data transferred.
Server logs support the detection and prevention of attacks. STRATO also provides log-based visitor statistics. Our legitimate interests are the reliable and secure operation of the website and understanding its technical use.
The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe f DS-GVO.
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, email: impressum@strato.de. STRATO receives the above-mentioned data as our hosting processor. According to STRATO, the hosting data is processed in its data centres in Germany.
STRATO retains visitor IP addresses for the detection and prevention of attacks for up to seven days. Separately, STRATO makes access logs covering the previous six weeks available to us with anonymised IP addresses or hostnames. Graphical visitor statistics remain available for several years.
If you contact us at contact@iubarsystems.com, we process your email address, any name and other contact details you provide, the content of your message and any attachments, together with the associated email metadata, such as sender and recipient addresses and timestamps. We use this data to handle your enquiry, communicate with you and administer the correspondence.
Providing this information is voluntary and is not legally required. We need a reply address and sufficient information about your enquiry to respond. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.
If your enquiry concerns a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract with you, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe b DS-GVO. In other cases, including enquiries from representatives of companies, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe f DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest is handling enquiries and maintaining business correspondence. Where statutory retention duties apply, retention is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe c DS-GVO.
Our authorised personnel process your enquiry. Our mailbox is provided by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes email data as our email service provider and processor. Messages and attachments are stored in our STRATO mailbox in Germany.
Ordinary enquiries are deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved and no further correspondence is required, unless a statutory retention duty requires longer storage.
Correspondence qualifying as commercial correspondence must generally be retained for six years from the end of the calendar year in which it was received or sent (§ 257 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 und 3, Abs. 4 und 5 HGB). If another statutory retention period applies, the relevant correspondence is retained until that period expires.
Deleted messages remain in the deleted-items folder for four weeks. After messages have been removed from the mailbox, including the deleted-items folder, they may remain recoverable through STRATO's recovery function for up to 30 days.
You may request information about your personal data that we process pursuant to Art. 15 DS-GVO.
You have a right to object on special grounds (see section II).
If the information concerning you is not (or is no longer) accurate, you may request rectification pursuant to Art. 16 DS-GVO. If your data is incomplete, you may request that it be completed.
You may request the erasure of your personal data pursuant to Art. 17 DS-GVO.
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 DS-GVO.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 Abs. 1 DS-GVO, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. Our competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW). Contact and complaints.
Where the requirements of Art. 20 Abs. 1 DS-GVO are met, you have the right to receive personal data you have provided to us, which we process by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller. This may apply to eligible contract-related email enquiries. Website access data processed solely on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe f DS-GVO is not covered by this right.
This website does not use cookies.
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Artikel 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe f DS-GVO. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
